5 Days Return Policy We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The customer must record a 1 to 2 minute unboxing video at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show the original packaging, seal, and condition of the parcel before opening. After unboxing, the product must be clearly visible from all sides in the same video, showing the front, back, and overall condition of the item. The video should be continuous and unedited. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. If no proper unboxing video is provided, the return request will not be accepted. Return will be applicable only in the following cases: If you receive a different color than what you ordered.
