5 Days Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The customer must record a 1 to 2 minute unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
The video must clearly show the original packaging, seal, and condition of the parcel before opening.
After unboxing, the product must be clearly visible from all sides in the same video, showing the front, back, and overall condition of the item.
The video should be continuous and unedited.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
If no proper unboxing video is provided, the return request will not be accepted.
Return will be applicable only in the following cases:
If you receive a different color than what you ordered.
If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
If you receive a different size than what you ordered.

Please make sure to choose the correct size while placing your order, as returns will not be accepted for wrong size selection unless the delivered size is different from what was ordered.
Once the return request is approved after video verification, the customer may proceed with the return as per our instructions.
Replacement is available within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to product verification and availability of replacement stock.
Replacement will be applicable only in the following cases:
If you receive a different color, different product, or different size than what you ordered.
The customer must provide a clear 1 to 2 minute unboxing video, showing:
The original packaging before opening, and
The product clearly from all sides after unboxing.
If the replacement product is in stock, we will process the replacement.
If the replacement product is not available in stock, we will initiate a refund in the same payment mode.
Refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.
Please ensure you select the correct size while ordering, as replacement will not be applicable for wrong size selection unless the delivered size is different from the ordered size.
